When should we schedule post-construction cleaning?
Once the trades are finished in an area. For larger projects we can do a rough clean during construction, a final clean at completion, and a touch-up before move-in or opening.
Do you remove construction debris?
We remove light debris, packaging and dust. Heavy debris, dumpsters and leftover materials are typically handled by the contractor — we’ll confirm the split in your quote.
Do you clean after home renovations too?
Yes. We clean after kitchen, bathroom and basement remodels as well as commercial build-outs.
Do you work directly with contractors?
Yes. We can coordinate with your general contractor or project manager on access and timing.
