From job site to move-in ready

Silver Birch of Bedford Heights is a new, roughly 99,000-square-foot affordable assisted-living community in Bedford Heights, Ohio. When construction wrapped up, every space that residents and families would see first — apartments, kitchens, corridors and the main lobby — had to go from job site to move-in ready.

Our crew was on site from the rough-clean stage — while ceilings were still open and floors were covered in protective film — through the final detail of finished apartments, corridors and the lobby. We worked in hard hats, Solutions-branded high-visibility vests and N95 respirators, following site safety requirements throughout.

Room by room, we removed the fine construction dust that settles on every surface, vacuumed out the new cabinets, cleaned windows and sills, detailed the kitchens and finishes, and brought the floors to a clean, polished shine. It was a big job, and our team is proud of the results.
