Does the home need to be empty?
Empty is ideal — it lets us clean inside every cabinet and closet and reach every inch of floor. If a few items are still there, let us know and we’ll work around them.
Will this help me get my security deposit back?
We clean to a thorough move-out standard that landlords and property managers expect. The final decision on deposits is up to your landlord, but a professionally cleaned unit is the best way to start that conversation.
Do you work with realtors, landlords and property managers?
Yes. We regularly prepare homes and rental units between occupants and can work around closing dates, listing photos and move-in dates.
How far ahead should I book a move-out cleaning?
As soon as you know your moving date. End-of-month dates tend to fill up first, so earlier is better.
