Quotes and requests
Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a service agreement. We confirm availability, scope and pricing after a walkthrough, in writing.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
Program: Solutions Cleaning LLC customer text messages, sent from (216) 849-6137.
- What you’ll receive: appointment and visit reminders, quote and scheduling updates, and customer-support messages about your requests and service. Promotional messages are sent only if you separately opt in to marketing texts.
- How you opt in: by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts on our online request form or client portal, or by texting us.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop all messages; you’ll receive one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply STOP MKT to stop marketing messages only.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
