Is the first cleaning different from the regular visits?
Usually, yes. If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned recently, we recommend starting with a Healthy Home Reset (deep clean). After that, recurring visits keep everything at that level more quickly and affordably.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our team arrives with professional equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions. If there’s a product you’d like us to use on a specific surface, just let us know.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients are at work while we clean. We’ll agree on entry instructions with you before the first visit.
How is recurring cleaning priced?
After a free walkthrough we send a written quote based on your home’s size, condition and how often you’d like us to come. Your quote lists exactly what’s included, so there are no surprises.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
We use eco-friendly cleaning solutions throughout the home. If anyone in your household has allergies or sensitivities, tell us during the walkthrough and we’ll plan around them.
